Debby was inducted in the courtyard of City Hall, Friday (8/1). Before becoming a headman of the Western Cape, Debby in 2009 to government officials in the Village Lenteng General, Head of Facilities and Prasana in the Village of Rubber in 2011, Head of the Economy Village Lenteng Court in 2012.
