Bangkok - The new generation of Toyota Sienta has just been introduced in Thailand. Compact MPV type car brings a number of updates both on the outside and inside.
From outward appearances, the Toyota Sienta facelift now gets a striking color choice called the Citrus Mica Metallic. The choice of 'highlighter green' colors is exactly the Toyota Yaris sold in Indonesia.
Not only the new color choices, Sienta also gets a new bumper and grille design. Adding to the impression of luxury, there is a 'V' shaped chrome accent pinned to the grille. This car also gets an additional LED light.
How about changes in the interior? Launching the Bangkok Post page, the Toyota Sienta facelift gets a new head unit with a 6.8-inch infotainment screen that supports T-Link connectivity. In addition, also pinned dashcam that can record road conditions on the front and back.
The cabin is also increasingly sporty with all-black aura. And for the top level, already equipped with genuine leather material with orange stitching on the seats and steering wheel.
In terms of seat configuration, it still relies on 7-seater and has not yet adopted the captain seat. But the good news, this new Sienta already has three arm rests on the left side of the driver's seat, and on the second row passenger seat.
About the engine, still relying on old specifications, 1,500 cc 4-cylinder in line, with power output reaching 108 hp and 140 Nm of torque. Power from the engine is channeled to the front wheels with a CVT drive system.
The Toyota Sienta facelift is offered in two variants V and G. The variant G costs 765 thousand baht (Rp. 353.7 million) while the variant V costs 875 thousand baht (Rp. 404.6 million).
